I had the package up this morning and the same thing. I clicked and it just sat there with nothing happening. I have contacted ZYNGA and they will probably not respond until tomorrow or the next day. I have a lady that I have been working with because of all the problems I am having so maybe she will get back with me and I will let you all know what she has to say. Farmville has been nothing but problems for the past 3 weeks for me. Today I used Farm cash to purchase land and instead of taking it from there, it took it out of my coins (which didn’t even have enough to pay for it to begin with) and gave me a negative balance of 1 million coins. It is fun to play but not if these problems continue. I told them I had never had as much trouble playing a game on line as I have had with this one. Maybe if we keep complaining they will finally HEAR what we are saying and get it fixed.

Sherry, This happened to me the neg coin thing. I refreshed my page (as I gasped and prayed in Horror!) and all was well. I try to remember Farmville is allegedly Beta, except when my real money is involved. (And the ridiculous amt of time I spend.)

It Would Be So Nice To Be able to play problem free. I could even Deal with a Few Problems But Every Day it’s something. Heck my spa doesn’t even work. Sure I can make products and get gas & mastrey signs, Yet I’ve never recieved not 1 single coin from it. I write down amount I have before leaving farm & when I come back it says I’ve sold anywhere from $5,000-$200,000 worth of goods yet my coin amount is exactly the same as it was before leaveing farm or logging off. I quit complaing because no matter what the problem I always get same answer. Clear my cache with instructions on how to do it. I do it all the time, have for years. That’s just common sense to do so

My 12days worked all the way up to the 12th and when I click onto ask it did not. If I click on to any of the buy buttons or any of ask buttons before the 12th it works, but of course I cancel it in a heart beat. I hope this gets fixed and we can get our prize after all the work we did for 12 days.

I had the same problem with the 12days giveaway gift,yesterday up,click,freeze!Today not even there and they can’t even post an acknowledgement of the problem?! Also I have been waiting a ~LONG~time for the cost ~IN FV COINS~for the latest farm expansion!!~!!!It has been”TBD”since they first made it available!The last one cost $2,000,000.00 so obviously this latest one will be more,is it ~REALLY~that hard to decide on a PRICE?!I just want to know how much to save!Is it really too much to ask?!I will NOT be forced/strong armed into using real money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Marsha, I am the same way, with the 12 days yesterday it just sat there and froze then today nothing at all. I have had 4 million saved for the longest time for the land expansion but they never say how much, and like you, my money has better things to be spent on then a game that has so many screw ups in it that it don’t wanna work half the time =(

i had the same problem, i e-mailed zynga and they sent me 10 white toy soldiers (the first gift) and they said they are working on the problem. the expansion will be about the second week in january according to the farmville weekly webcast

Identical thing happened with me. I also had the gift show up on the upper right hand side of my farm screen..I clicked on it, clicked on ask/share, and NOTHING at all happened. Never came back. Why??? Don’t offer it then take it away.

Same thing has happened to me..Question is will ZYNGA SUPPORT resolve the problem. Honestlt I think they will. I’ve had problems in the past and ZYNGA has happily helped me.

Also I saved Up for my gift tree for the snow stallion and have been loosing them. My other farm Sara Lee … Norry35@aol.com has been loosing a lot of faol’s and whe I send her a gift like the snow stallion … it was never there … nothing.

I have been experiencing downloading issue since 3 weeks ago, I can’t see my neighbor tab and this caused me can’t make wine, my snowman is not working and I cant invite friends to my party.

Same thing happened to me, I tried several times to access the Winter countdown, and get nothing. These problems are happening way to much. I don’t see why you insist on releasing so many things at one time, you should finish one, before starting another.
Apparently you care nothing about your players and their problems. Now I see why so many of my friends are leaving farmville. Its too bad.

I also had with the first day (believe it or not} to get the soldier have not tried yet for second gift, but from reading above comments I will probably have the same problems… ooooh and another thing, I see that the expansion (new) has been paid of in coins for some people… I find this a disgrace, specially when most or at least some had to pay in Farmville Dollars.. which is real money…. I suggest you get your act together, and compensate those who used cash … and also fix this new game you have going… it is one problem after another… which is not good… from the past time, I thank you… from now… I have no idea what I do in any of the games… not worth it to me.This is the first time I have entered a message here, yet you tell me I have said this before, and what does it matter how many times things have been said, is it making a differance with you is the question
