why do some of the parts to the stables get lost? i accept them and sometimes it goes to send a gift back and most times it goes to play game.When it goes directly to play i don’t get the nail or board ect.. i lose 3 of 4 times?

I was gifted two harnesses yesterday and after I accepted them from the Zynga message center they were NOT in my gift box! I waited to see if they would show up later, but as of this morning they are still not there!??? WHERE ARE MY HARNESSES???
I needed those two harnesses to finish my stable upgrade and now they’re gone….please give them back so I can finish my upgrade.

i would like to know what happened to my nursery barn I had one already built and was finally collecting from there then i started another one received 3 things for the new one and now i fully built and fully stocked nursery is gone how do i get that back i would also like to know what happens to the gifts that friends send u and are accepted i have collected them and used them for my barn and it was almost finished the extension and then there are a bunch of things that i have to get them all over again collecting them i have been working on my barn for almost 3 months now and still do not have everything needed for the extension and I have been collecting them all for all of that time
