  1. not even interested and if zynga stop the direction it is head with all fv for the country side I will no purchase another this looks smell and feeling like we have been rip off enough Zynga Support has been down all weekend while people have no real idea what to even to on the English country side. For example check the market a pink barn sell for coin on Farmville but 27 FV on the country side. Zynga may make disclaimer about the FV cash However the would not hold water in a court anything consider as a value you buy such as farmville cash is the same as selling Fiat money ie the dollar bill in fact fait money as well. Why? because buy anything other than good faith. I will quit all zynga game should they don;t change there current direction and I am sure I am not the only one more will if this keeps up. Zynga is treading on thin ice with their disclaimers. Yes! This is game but people who do play deserve the Bop for there money and not be ripped off because one farm costs you more than the other and there is over lack of consistency and and failure to explain thing ahead of time that they are pushing down people throats promise them thing they are not following through with. I like the idea of a extra farm however who was ever told it was going to take more money to play it? We all bite hook line and sinker and a fools for doing so. Sorry but the April joke was really te english country side in my opinion !

If you don’t like this direction just QUIT! It’s that easy! Of course that there will always be things for fv and of course the mose wonderful things will cost fv because otherwise all the farms will look exactly the same, with the same deco same animals same everything. I support the fv idea although I’m only buying horses and I keep together each and every fv to be able to buy the horses. And the English Countryside, in my oppinion was the best idea that Zynga could have. I just love it and almoust don’t enter the old farm…..I loved the idea of creating a new farm from nothing. And I can tell you that I have 3 accounts on fb and 3 farms :) )))))

I have 5 accounts and now 10 farms. It’s hard to keep it all in focus. I just wish that you could grow crops in both farms at once. As it is now, you have to make a decision as to which farm you want to concentrate on.

Yes this is probably what Zynga should say to all of his customer …If you don’t like just quit … lol …I found exacly like you EC will be a good idea when the pause will be remove… and no I don’t like to restart everything over…

I will just continu to play Original and will never help the EC side of it … and probably will have to recrut for fv player only and trash EC player as well …and by the way 3 accounts on fb is in infraction of the game farmville and an infraction on facebook .. don’T say that too load!!

I enjoy Farmville. I do not buy things with FV cash but I sitll enjoy playing. I have two accouts that I play on and both have both farms. I DO wish they would let the farms grow simultaneously or make them separate apps.

    Teri Reply:

I enjoy FV more because of the ECSide and it doesn’t bother me that some things have to be purchased with FV cash because some times you are awarded them for playing a certain period of time or by completing tasks or missions so when it comes to FV cash that has to be purchased with real funds I just wait until the item I want is gifted to me by either ZYNGA or my neighbors which usually happens anyway so if you’re that unhappy with the game then I agree you should consider quitting but if there really is a legitimate reason for your angst then go to customer service by using the help link and go through the proper channels but if you’re just no happy with the game and thinking that it’s not fair that we have to pay for some things with FV cash by purchasing them then accept the fact that nothings fair and go on with your life with or without it. Just my opinion. I hope it all works out for you Rob. GBU

  2. Oh for crying out loud QUIT CRYING AND COMPLAINING! When you bought your car did you complain and write nasty posts bc the dealership didnt give you free gas? Free oil? Free tires? The basic game is free be happy about that! If you want the fv cash items then shut up or pay up! There is no such thing as a free lunch people! Get over it and move on! If its such a horrible rotten game, QUIT PLAYING! Im sure Zynga would be happy with that! There is always another free loader ready to play where you left off! I like the game so I support it! People get mad cuz they cant have everything for free. Im sorry I thought the name of the company was Zynga not “YOUR LOCAL FARMVILLESTAMP WELFARE OFFICE! If you cant buy the fv cash then dont! But dont smash a game that I love because your too broke to afford it! Ha!

@CAROL: i enjoy the people i meet all over the world by playing this game. you do not need to purchase farmville dollars to succeed, just a lot of patience. it is more fun if you can purchase the farmville dollars, but i would never be so rude, judgemental and snobbish to put others down for not spending hard earned money. carol your comments crossed the line as immature and mean when everyone is working so hard to pay bills, keep jobs and feed their children. for some, this game is their only form of entertainmant in place of activities they have had to cut back on. you owe rob cole and all of those playing farmville respectful of other players an apology. you are entitled to your opinions but not to treat others disrespectfully putting them down for ther economic status. it is a frustration with a company that people are discussing, not insulting and putting other players down. when zynga at least acknowledges the input of their customers, they will be headed for a more successful business model. right now, they are driving their customers away everyday. i find that sad, it is a great game. and, no insults are necessary. hang in there @Rob, we all want our ideas to be heard…even walmart can not alienate its customer base and continue to thrive…simple economics, and i just want farmville to remain viable and accessable.

I agree with Rebecca and Jobie. I can’t afford to buy and won’t buy with real cash. I enjoy Farmville like Jobie it gave me something to enjoy this very hard winter. I have an opinion tho’, just mine, I like the pause between both farms otherwise I would always have crops withering. I can choose which one I have to go to, to harvest or whatever. I don’t have hardly any farm cash so I can’t buy what I would realy like for the farms. so…I like playing the way it is. when I don’t like it, I WILL QUIT PLAYING IT. As I said it’s MY opinion, which I’m entitled to (I hope) :)

I agree with a lot of what you all have said. That person is probably a very unhappy person to be spitting out such rude comments. I love farmville, I was one of the first 500,000 players. I go through phases where I’m not so active with it as I have 2 smalls children and it’s hectic sometimes. Anyway, the point I wanted to make is that Zynga may listen to some extent to what ppl say, but do any of you realize how big Zynga has become. Never fear, fv is not going anywhere! It’s not like they don’t have any other extremely popular games ie, MafiaWars. That being said…this is why they can now afford to charge fv cash for the neatest item available. I can’t afford to spend money on fv cash either, though I must admit that I have bought a couple 10 dollar cards from Walmart. But, just as there are other types of junkies, there are fv junkies who will do anything and spend any amoutnt to advance themselves. And who really knows if they can or can not afford it. It’s not like everyone knows this person and their personal story. One should really question why or what this person thought they might gain buy insulting ppl who are upfront about not being able to afford some of the neastest items they might want. Hey big shot why not send some of us some fv cash seeing as you seem to be saying you live pretty damn comfortably! LMAO Let’s all keep farming…and I have never been disappointed by contacting Zynga about fv, so if you have needs or concerns go ahead and email them…can’t hurt right? Wow didn’t know I had so much to get of my chest…peace! lol

I stumbled across this “leave your comment” thing & I have to say, some take this way too seriously, from both sides! Obviously, too much time on your hands! I will say though, you have to have the negitive complaints as well as the positive ones to help make a business make its decisions to run smoother. So maybe the peeps in charge of FV will take all matters into consideration & make some changes, Again! Nothing in life is as constant as change!

I have only been able to afford FarmCash a few times here and there but I would never complain about a FREE game that just so happens to throw in some stuff for them to make some money to be able to continue to offer the game for FREE to people. Zynga has to pay for their server, employees, coders, etc…
I will say it like you did, “don’t like it?, don’t play it”. period.
And to Debbie Gallo- really? did you accuse someone you don’t even know of being a cheater because she can afford to buy FarmCash? I hope you don’t ever visit my farm because I have quite a few farmcash items(many gifted to me by friends) and most of all the crops mastered so I obviously must be using a bot and getting farmcash by some way of cheating :rolls eyes:

But there are a lot of people out there that think they should be handed everything for free..

first of all this is JUST A GAME…. period. whether you choose or not to actually purchase fv$ that is your choice, eventually many things can be gotten from the feed, of course if you spend time there and look for the items you want, if you keep up with your neighbors etc, you can read the posts find out where your neighbors are in each farm, claim those prizes if you are quick enough, many times i think i dont have the item and find it in my gift box. i do not spend money on renting movies, the movie show, not a big shopper, but i enjoy farmville, i got hooked, i quit other sites and chatting needlessly. it makes you think, plan and some days i just plant for masteries, let everything completely ready for harvest and have a ball looking at my points build. REMEMBER IT IS JUST A GAME, something we taught our kids when they played school and community sports. omg people just have fun with it and accept the challenge. like Frank Sinatra’s hit…… “Thats Life”…..

    Rob Cole Reply:

OK enough I posted personal opinion of the direction zynga is going and don”t deserve a personal attach.
Let me point out something I am a level 97 farmville player I don’t use separate accounts nor do I use bonus grabbers I play the game fair. I do have the money in FV cash to purchase whatever I want when I want. But as person I try to take care and caution for the money I do spend and for my friends I do every thing I to help them as well.
@ Carol no I didn’t buy a letter to the auto deal thinking I would get free gas or any such thing. I also believe there is no such thing as a free lunch. What my point was and remain is that of a point someone else just made. Do you realize or care that we live in a society were in this country inflation is a fact of life. That’s a given but on farmville your playing a game the would be considered Hyper-inflationary. To those that think I am rude I;m sorry but when to looking for the neighbors I have and the game I play I think it done fairly by the players and the company that offers the game. You people that multiple account on FB typically a a reason either you are hiding something or cheating at something both of which is against FB’s Policy statement. Oh I do believe also say one account and one farm per person.

And for those think I’m not a happy person your wrong I wrote to originally to try to point out that most of thing have been brought to attention buy other players who look to me for advice because they can;t ever seem to get a hold of zynga.

Understand the need for to continue to upgrade there system and products is none of my concern if they get it right when they release it and that doesn’t happen often. I also want to point out this I have a fellowship with Cisco and taught engineering/Computer Science and history at University for 19 1/2 years I have 2 masters degrees and 3 bachelors. My point is what would if Cisco router (the back bone of the internet)suddenly didn’t work and they wouldn’t answer your questions. I think when you paying money for anything you have an acceptable level of tolerance and expectation for the the product you are using. Try giving Zynga a call and try calling Cisco too afterwards I think you might see my point better.

    [Reply]

  3. @Carol, now, your judgement isn’t quite fair. We ALL are going through some hard times, some are just harder for some than others. Yes, I do pay for certain content, BUT, it’s not right to make items game coin on one side and FV cash on the other. I also happen to love the game, but I do not love the policies that Zynga tends to adopt, even though I tend to live with them as best I can. It would be nice if Zynga would make it an equable situation that all could live with and the comment about FarmVilleStamp Welfare Office sounds remarkably like some I’ve heard slung towards the heads of little kids on a playground about how their parents can’t afford new clothing for their sprogs; just plain mean-spirited and childish.

@Rob, maybe if you didn’t post in such a passion, it would be easier to make more sense of what you’re trying to say here. Thing is, Zynga uses the money we give them for certain items to further develop the game. Where else are they going to get the funding to keep things going? I find this game much more tolerable than, say, YoVille, where pretty much anything and everything needed to complete a set will cost you YoCash, or PetVille, where they actually have a REQUIREMENT in one of the quests where you MUST spend five PetCash. How is that fair?

Those two things being said, there is only one game by Zynga that I will spend money on, and it’s money that I earn in an economy that totally sucks. I don’t get much spare, and yes, I wish it would stretch farther but it doesn’t. In the end, you have to decide what you can and cannot live with in terms of cost and go on from there.

  6. Agree with Carol – tired of people complaining all the time about a for-profit company’s business decisions.

Although Rebecca’s comments aren’t negative – directly; they sure are a bit condescending. By commenting on how you would never stoop so low – you sort of did. Back handed comments and indirect slams are still slams.

If you don’t want to pay real money – then don’t. But make that decision and stick to it quietly. We don’t need to hear about it. I use real cash to play and yes – they have increased the rates and the amount of items they put out. Their company found that the players will pay to play. And if I ever decide not to use real cash to play that will be my choice and I won’t make another player feel bad for being able to use real cash to finish something quicker or to buy something nicer.

@ Karine – you should be able to buy a game card online through FV direct if you don’t have a store locally to buy. They are listed under Ecards and you can send them to friends or to yourself via email with the use of a credit card or paypal account.

I so agree, please remember this is a game .. JUST A GAME….. it is ones choice to purchase or not,,, this is a company….like any other in business. this is also a free game, but if you want to decorate…..then as in your home, it might cost you depending how you want to decorate, i do wish they would make more items rotatable in more than just the opposite directions, i do not “live here” but this is my entertainment as it should be others as well, when people complain about $$$$.. well think about if you have a job and how does your company make their money? …. keep playing, be inventive and “feed” off the feed, get some cool things that are free from your friends and neighbors…. my gosh i thought games were supposed to be fun, its what you make it. :-)

  8. I agree, I am really sick of the SAME complaints and whining about items costing FV cash. Special items should be harder to get, it makes the game more interesting–that way not everyone has the same foals, sheep, trees etc. It takes longer waiting to get things off the feed but I find it adds to the fun of the game. I save my FV$ and rarely buy cash but that is the way I’ve decided to play. If you hate FV so much then stop playing! I love the new EC farm, and have gotten 10FV$ from a couple of the quests which has never happened before. Suck it up!

  11. As a avid daily player, I love the new addition… I play farmville, and spent a lot of money on purchases in almost 2yrs… I like the idea of having on farm with coins and fv cash, and I like the other with coins and fv cash, but you must consider that all the fv cash items are for people who want a different look to their farm, as opposed to having all the same like military farming… I use coins and cash, and I already bought several sheep and tons of horses for the other… I plan to support their efforts, in creating a game for ALL of us… I can appreciate, the items for fv cash and coins, but I would consider reducing the prices in fv cash for items, giving this way, would allow many with less to get more and many with more to continue productively. All in all, it should = out in the end with a nice profit, and a game that fits all of us with Many Choices, to what we desire on our individual games… Much love to the farmer’s who love farmville. Remember, we make are just as important to the game creators. We give them a demand for their farmville supply. Keep doing what you do, and the farmer’s will come…

Come on farmville, bring more colored sheep and reduce their prices to 10 smiles* =)

I recently bought the bi-plane and in england only 9 fv to grow my crops I needed but I bought it because I was not patient for a change and wanted to get a leg up. Your able to bring somethings over EC if it is still in your gift box which I am working on. So look at it all and remember without the FV cash items we would not have this to play. And more important are the friends we make. The people who take time to talk and pray for you and all that happens. THIS IS WHAT FARMVILLE IS THE FRIENDS WE MAKE WHILE PLAYING A GAME TOGETHER!!!

  16. Brenda Simpkins

I love playing FV and the new farm but have to decide which one to turn on and off. They need to lower the prices of the things that way they would sell twice as many and still make a buck. Some of this stuff cost way to much. I do pay for some things but refuse to pay for a house that cost $50.00 for a game $25.00 would be a fair price and like I said earlier they would sell more stuff.

  17. The level of nastiness from people here who can afford to lash out Farmcash on the game is so horrible. It is great that you are able to afford it but there is no point in belittling people who have not the fiscal energy that you have. Telling them to quit is just being snotty ! It is not a solution at all – it amounts to a form of playground bullying really.
The point is this – Zynga rarely brings out anything for coins – it is now pushing the Farmcash prices up more and more. This latest cash cow, the awful English Countryside is the worst of all.
By the way, I buy Farmcash but I don’t splash it about, I am not vulgar with it. I see Zynga for what it is – a business that wants to bleed us all dry.
It is only a game so why not be sporting and be nice to others ?
Finally, I wish this PAUSE thing would finish because I will not pay extra cash for another farm when there is no cyber reason for it to be paused.
When I do well and have trees to share and I see that certain neighbours are just not having luck getting them, I send them to them via message. It is just nice to be nice.

  20. My biggest complaint about EC is while they were putting the finishing touches on the new farm, they COULD have warned us that the polka dot sheep or any of the other things that we might want on the EC farm had to stay in our gift box, that once it was placed on the home farm it stayed there.I bought red cows, collected polka dot sheep, etc. from friends and unknowingly placed them on my home farm.

Another complaint is the pausing. The “other” farming game has no pausing with crops or animals or trees. I have four farms on that game and have no problem keeping up with the crops, etc.

    [Reply]

  21. Farmville is not the only game that uses “real money” a few of them do …..I think we’re lucky that some people got together and made an easy game that anyone can play … how far you want to take it is up to each individual. I don’t like the English farm and I am sick of sheep and watering cans but, that’s my problem. Thank you Farmville creators. You keep my retired brain active.

  22. ok, I posted just a few pieces of information for you taken from news articles, to remind ALL of you that Zynga’s prime motivation is PROFIT. There should be no-one on here defending their right to charge people ridiculous amounts of real money for pixels. It’s just a statement of fact.

The game gives many people a lot of pleasure, and no-one is co-erced into parting with their cash, but the game is designed to hook you in and get you addicted. It is extremely annoying that they deliberately make it so time consuming to collect, for example, 45 pieces of building materials for a stable upgrade, so how much easier is it to just offer the “complete now” option? It is a game that differentiates between the haves and have nots, and Zynga are ok with that… because they only want the people with the cash to spend. They make millions of currency profit every single month, and must be laughing all the way to the bank. So play it or don’t, but please people remain detached about the purpose of the game, which is simply to make money. Lots of money.

I buy fv cash not to advance, Ive been playing for over a year and Im not even a level 100 yet! I buy the pretty stuff, cuz it makes me happy! I have played this game through thick and thin. When I couldnt afford it I was so thankful that I had it to play! I had problems with the snowmen, contacted Zynga, and within 24 hours I was given all the fv cash back that I used to make the snowmen, plus 100 watering cans! I buy the trees and make them for my neighbors! Its all about sharing and giving. I dont care what level Im at and I delete anyone who cant say thanks or like. All the bot ppl and fast feed catchers are deleted. I have 30 neighbors who are wonderful to me as well. Im not a rich woman as a matter of fact I live in a town where jobs are few and my husband and I have five children (under the age of 10) to support! Its just the constant complaining over fv cash that ticks me off! Its a great game! Be thankful that its free and if you can support it then please do so! But dont bash it and keep on playing it! Its just a game! And what really makes me mad is when ppl say that they have no right to charge? WTH does that mean? I dont want to buy anymore playstations games because I already bought the playstation…If I had to pay every month to be able to play I would! I love it! When I get sick of it I will quit playing it! I threw the welfare comment in there bc this is what it reminds me of: Seeing someone paying for food with foodstamps, notice their shoes? Nikes, oh and their kids shoes? Nikes hmmmm…maybe they got them at a garage sale? See them loading their food into a bran new vehicle! hmmm….then hear them complain that they also need free rent and electric and then they go on a really nice vacation…Zynga doesnt owe anyone of us anything! So basically what Im saying is If you hate it and complain about it, just stop! If you like it and are happy lets be neighbors! Send me a sheep and I will send you a tree!
