Finding a Queen Bee (The Free Option):
There are 3 ways for finding a Queen Bee for free:
1. Finding a Queen Bee on your farm when harvesting FLOWER crops.
2. Finding a Queen Bee when fertilizing a neighbor’s FLOWER crops.
3. Adopting one via the Farmville Feed share from a friend that has found a Queen Bee.
Purchasing a Queen Bee (Farm Cash):
- You may buy a Queen Bee from the Hive’s menu for 10 Farm Cash.

Build your Colony of Bees
Once you have found your Queen Bee, you can start producing your own swarm of Honeybees to pollinate your crops and receive special rewards!
Begin growing your colony by clicking “look inside” from your Hive’s menu.
Honeybees find pollinated seeds from fertilized crops. So, the more Honeybees that you own, the greater your chances of finding pollinated seeds.What is so special about Pollinated Seeds?
Pollinated seeds will be required to unlock special pollinated crops in the FarmVille Market! Pollinated crops have a higher chance at yielding bushels than normal crops do and Pollinated Crops’ bushels will last for 2 days.
Beehives can house a total of 200 Honeybees. In order to obtain Honeybees, you will have two options:
- Purchasing Honeybees with FV Cash
- You can purchase Honeybees from your Beehive’s menu by clicking on the “Buy Honeybees” button.
- 5 Honeybees can be purchased for 5 FV Cash
2. Honeybees as Gifts from Neighbors
- Your FarmVille neighbors can gift you Honeybees via the FarmVille Gifting Page.
- You may ask for Honeybees by using the “Ask for Bees” button.
Note: There is a limit of only 1 Beehive on a farm

i noticed that 5 people have 201 bees in their hives-does anyone know how to get that 201 bee? i’ve tried and collected extra in my gift box but the hive doesn’t take it.

Go to your market where you buy your seeds to plant and in the search bar at the top right when the page opens type in hive and it will show and just simply purchase it…hope this helps

Agrees with Xavier M. I have looked in the gift section and the Market. The game will not let you purchase beeswax, until the beehive is emplaced on your farm. I also have the Queen Bee in my inventory. Not sure where to go from here.

When I go to ask friends for bees, I get a blank window or a window with an error for the picture and none of my neighbors names show up. Anyone else have this problem?

Why cant we build a bee hive on The English farm. You can get everything except the shell to build

I HAVE 100 BEES IN HIVE. IT WON’T ACCEPT MORE & I HAVE OVER 100 IN MY INBOX. NOW I CAN’T ACCEPT GIFTS CAUSE MY BOX IS FULL. WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY BEES SO I CAN CLEAR OUT MY INBOX? PLEASE HELP ME QUICK I’M IN TROUBLE NOW.

I can’t get a bee hive on my English country side either … I have gone to the market and typed hive .. it says it is locked to home. When I go to my home farm and type hive, it says there is a limit to one (I have one on my home farm already)
Any other ideas? My friends have all completed theirs a long time ago

you have to finish all the english countryside quests before you are allowed to have items that were meant specifically for your home farm..once you complete all the quests you can put any item on either farm because I have the beehive on my english farm now…

i have quite a few queen bees if any one is interested! we will have to hit and miss as when the game ‘feels’ like letting me re-gift them! but i am very, VERY INTERESTED IN RECEIVING ‘REGULAR’ BEES, if any one has any spares! PLZ!
